Through the stories of three immigrant women, Drasla, Alina, and Farida, this female work illuminates the emotional complexity of those who leave their country of origin. The voices of the protagonists are intense as they strive to preserve their identities and life plans and confront a social and cultural reality that often does not take them into account. The text reflects on the need for contemporary society to deal with otherness, to relate to what is different, relativizing the absolutist thinking of western cultures. A necessary premise for the creation of an intercultural society based on exchange and dialogue.
